Americans have a hard time expressing themselves or finding the right words to describe how they’re feeling. An example would be, “Like it was a totally awesome movie, dawg.” I rest my case. The Germans may help us with this simple sentence that expresses the very best in us but unfortunately we are unable to say it out loud unless you stand at your bathroom mirror and try your very best.

Roughly translated it tells others that in our formation (Bild…) toward a healthy world view (Welt…) addressing the world’s pain (Welts), through all generations (Zeit…) we experience joy (Schad…) especially through works of art (Gesam…).
